What and How to Recycle

    The following items MUST BE separated from the trash and recycled:

        *Aluminum cans
-rinse clean
        *Steel/tin cans
-rinse clean
        *Newspapers and phone books
-place in brown paper grocery bag
-shiny inserts may be included
        *Magazines and catalogs
-remove plastic wrappers
-place in brown paper grocery bag
        *Corrugated cardboard
            -flatten
            -do not include pop or cereal boxes
        *Glass bottles and jars
-rinse clean
            -do not break
            -food and beverage containers only
            -no window glass, light bulbs, mirrors, etc.
        *Plastic bottles
-rinse clean
-remove caps
            -only #1 and #2 plastic
