The meeting was called to order at 10:45 a.m.  LCC Members present were D. Boettcher,  J. Dahl, M. Holte, and L. Marquardt (joined the tour at approximately 12:00 p.m.).  Zoning Committee members present were L. McIlquham and E. Rineck. 

Agency staff present for parts of the tour were P. Wiegner (DNR), D. Masterpole (LCD) and R. Yohnk (Recycling-LCD).

It was announced that there would be no business conducted or action taken.

Item #1 - Tour Purpose and Orientation.

D. Masterpole provided an overview of the meeting agenda and tour schedule.  The tour was scheduled as one of several field trips that have been arranged to orient the members to the land use and conservation issues that affect the County.

Item #2 - Depart,

The Committees departed at 10:45 a.m.

Item #3 - Waste Management Transfer Station - T28N, R9W, Section 23.

The Committees toured the Waste Management Transfer Station, located in T28N, R9W, Section 23, at 11:00 a.m.

The Committees toured a firewood processing operation, located in T28N, R8W, section 20, at 12:30 p.m.

Item #4 - Town of Lafayette Recycling Center - T28N, R7W, Section 7.

The Committees toured the Town of Lafayette Recycling Center, located in T28N, R7W, Section 7, at 1:00 p.m.

Item #5 - Veolia Seven Mile Creek Landfill - Eau Claire County.

The Committees toured the Veolia Seven Mile Creek Landfill, located in Eau Claire County, at 1:30 p.m. 

Motion to adjourn: Boettcher/Rineck.  Motion carried.

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 4:00 p.m.
