The meeting was called to order at 3:15 p.m.  LCC Members present were D. Boettcher,  J. Dahl, M. Holte, P. Licht, and L. Marquardt.  Zoning Committee members present were L. McIlquham and E. Rineck. 

Agency staff present for parts of the tour were P. Calabrese (Highway Dept.), J. Skorczewski (DNR Forester), S. Ebel, A. Heddlesten, D. Masterpole, D. Nashold, L. Richardson, and J.T. Jensen (LCD).

Others present for parts of the tour were K. Bohl, N. Bohl, and R. Bohl (Udder Wise Dairy), and S. Hilger (A-1 Materials).

It was announced that there would be no business conducted or action taken.

Item #1 - Tour Purpose and Orientation.

D. Masterpole provided an overview of the meeting agenda and tour schedule.  The tour was scheduled as one of several field trips that have been arranged to orient the members to the land use and conservation issues that affect the County.

The Committees departed at 3:30 p.m.

Item #3 - Udder Wise Dairy Expansion, T29N, R9W, Section 20.

The Committees toured the Udder Wise Dairy Expansion, located in T29N, R9W, Section 20, at 3:45 p.m.  

Item #4 - Faschingbauer Stream Buffer - T30N, R9W, Section 23.

The Committees toured the Faschingbauer Stream Buffer, located in T30N, R9W, Section 23, 4:45 p.m.

Item #5 - Seibel Wetland Restoration - T30N, R9W, Section 13.

The Committees toured the Seibel Wetland Restoration project in T30N, R9W, Section 13, at 5:15 p.m. 

Item #6 - Chippewa County Non-Metallic Mining Reclamation - T31N, R8W, Section 32.

The Committees toured a non-metallic mining reclamation project, operated by Chippewa County, located in T31N, R8W, Section 32, at 6:00 p.m. 

The next joint Committee tour was confirmed as scheduled for Wednesday, September 20, 2006.
