The meeting was called to order by the Chair, P. Michels, at 3:32 p.m.  Members present were D. Boettcher,  J. Dahl, P. Licht, L. Marquardt, and P. Michels.

Members absent were M. Holte and . Willkom. 

Agency staff present were D. Richards (Forest & Parks), J. Sazama (Corporation Counsel), M. Dahlby, D. Masterpole, and J. Schemenauer - Recorder (LCD).

Item #1 - Open Meeting.

The meeting was called to order by the Chair, P. Michels, at 3:32 p.m.

Item #2 - Closed Session.

Motion to go into closed session according to WI Statutes 19.85 to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing   of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: Dahl/Marquardt.  Motion carried.

Item #3 - Reconvene to Open Meeting.

Motion to come out of closed session at approximately 4:45 p.m.: Dahl/Boettcher.  Motion carried.

Motion to authorize M. Dahlby and J. Sazama to meet with a landowner to discuss possible acquisition of realty and explore funding alternatives: Dahl/Boettcher.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn: Marquardt/Licht.
