The meeting was called to order by the Chair, D. Boettcher, at 7:45 a.m.  Members present were D. Boettcher, J. Brost, J. Dahl, P. Licht, E. Rineck, and L. Willkom. 

Agency staff present were D. Masterpole (LCD).

Item #1 - Leave Chippewa County Courthouse.

The Committee and agency staff convened at 7:30 a.m. and departed for the 2005 West Central Area Association Tour hosted by Barron County Soil and Water Conservation Department, Barron, WI.

No business was conducted.

Item #2 - Arrive at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College - Rice Lake.

The Committee and agency staff arrived at the Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College at Rice Lake, WI approximately 8:30 a.m.

Item #3 - Welcome - Barron County LCC Chair.

The Barron County Land Conservation Committee Chair, K. Rindsig, welcomed attendees to the tour.

Item #4 - Board Bus for Tour.

The Committee and agency staff boarded a bus for the tour.

Item #5 - Bus returns to WITC Conference Center.

The Committee and agency staff returned to the Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College from the tour.

Item #6 - Adjourn.

The tour adjourned at approximately 3:00 p.m.

Item #7 - Arrive at Chippewa County Courthouse.

The Committee and agency staff returned to the Chippewa County Courthouse at approximately 4:30 p.m.
